Financially, The Tow Foundation has its roots in two different philanthropic endeavors of its founders: a Delaware-based foundation launched in 1988 and a Connecticut-based charitable trust created in 1999. In 2008, the two entities merged under the shared name of “The Tow Foundation, Inc.” and relocated to New Canaan, Connecticut, where we continue to operate to this day.
