Policy Research on Successful Pathways to Postsecondary Success for Juvenile Justice Youth
To document best practices and make recommendations to state and federal policymakers for developing or improving pathways to postsecondary education and the workforce for youth involved with Connecticut’s juvenile justice system. This grant builds on a project funded by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation that focuses more broadly on disadvantaged youth in Connecticut and Michigan. Findings and recommendations will be documented in a report released in Fall 2014 and shared with state officials, congressional and federal agency staff, philanthropy, and national youth-serving associations.
