Jheanelle Gordon joined The Tow Foundation in April 2022 and currently serves as Finance Assistant. She transitioned to her current role in September 2023 after serving as Operations Coordinator.
Jheanelle partners with the director of finance and administration to provide administrative, project management and logistical support. She collaborates with the finance team to reconcile department expenses and financial records and is responsible for ensuring that department records are accurate and organized. She supports human resources functions such as onboarding employees, coordinating staff benefit meetings and oversees staff expense reporting.
In her spare time, Jheanelle enjoys watching documentaries and listening to cinematic music.
Jheanelle has a B.A. in economics and psychology from The City College of New York.
