To get there, it uses legal representation, advocacy and outreach to help low-income families secure stable housing, financial security, physical safety, healthcare, education and personal autonomy.
A major innovation is its Children at Risk unit, which elevates conversations about school, child protection and youth justice issues to a statewide systemic level.
