The House Subcommittee on Communications and Technology held a hearing February 24 on “Fanning the Flames: Disinformation and Extremism in the Media.”

The hearing included expert testimony from Emily Bell, the Leonard Tow professor of journalism and director of the Tow Center for Digital Journalism at Columbia. You can read her testimony here or watch it above.
