This month’s Brooklyn College Magazine features a cover story on the Tow Mentorship Initiative. First launched in fall 2022, the Tow Mentorship Initiative includes the Tow Mentoring and Research Program, the Tow Senior Faculty Mentors Program, the Tow Mentor-in-Residence Program, and Tow Faculty Awards. The multifaceted approach is designed to weave a culture of mentorship into the college’s DNA.
